Seller's Checklist
If you are selling, you will need to have the following information:
- YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
- YOUR PICTURE IDENTIFICATION (i.e. State issued drivers license).
- RECEIPTS for any Real Estate taxes paid two weeks prior to the closing.
- Any special requests for your proceeds, let us know.
